HDPE Jeomembran Dokulu'nun özellikleri ve avantajları
HDPE Jeomembran Dokulu ürün, özel olarak formüle edilmiş bakir reçineden üretilen yüksek kaliteli, yüksek yoğunluklu polietilen (HDPE) bir jeomembrandır. Bu polietilen reçine, esnek geomembran uygulamaları için özel olarak tasarlanmıştır. Yaklaşık %97,5 polietilen, %2,5 karbon siyahi ve iz miktarda antioksidan ile ısı stabilizatörü içerir; başka katkı maddeleri, dolgu maddeleri veya uzatıcı kullanılmaz.
This product has excellent friction property, outstanding chemical resistance, mechanical properties, environmental stress crack resistance and thermal aging characteristics.
An obvious advantage of HDPE geomembrane textured compared with HDPE geomembrane smooth is its excellent friction property. So it is quite suitable to be used in some slopes or smooth subgrade such as concrete subgrade. It can provide a good stable performance for its application in the previous described places or environment. So a single layer of several layers of designing for adding friction function can be reduced or directly eliminated in those environment.
We YINGFAN company has two spray systems for producing HDPE geomembrane textured. Our spray system of manufacturing has much better advantage than the nitrogen filling processing way because it can maximumly keep the physical properties, especially the break tensile strength and puncture strength. For nitrogen filling prossing geomembrane textured product, its break tensile strength is only about 37% of geomembrane smooth product, and the puncture strength is only about 84%.
